Baxters Corner Man Dies in Sussex Highway Accident
Police say a 48-year-old man has died after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 1 in Sussex late Thursday afternoon.

The RCMP responded to the scene at around 5:30 p.m. The driver lost control, struck a guardrail and was ejected from the vehicle, according to Cpl. George Parisella of the Sussex Detachment.
The victim, who is from Baxters Corner, was transported to hospital where he passed away as a result of his injuries, Cpl. Parisella said.
There was no one else in the car. Sussex RCMP are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
