Wayne E. Boulier Jr., 32, of Presque Isle pleaded not guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was indicted by a federal grand jury on July 17th.

Boulier's past run-ins with the law has given him a colorful criminal past. He's accumulated almost a felony conviction per year for the past 13 years, save one. These 12 convictions were appended to his indictment.

If convicted he faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum of life.

Since his arrest outside Bou's Brew Pub, Boulier has been locked up at the Aroostook County jail.

Boulier's next court date has not been set.
