Aroostook County Grand Jury Indictments – August 2016

Nine people charged with drug trafficking were among 45 people indicted by the Aroostook County Grand Jury this month as it finished its eighth session of 2016.

The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency brought the charges in separate drug trafficking cases in Presque Isle, Caribou, Westfield, Limestone, Fort Fairfield, Littleton and Houlton, according to information from District Attorney Todd R. Collins.

Assault was the most common offense, with 14 people being indicted this month on various assault charges.
