Since the organization began 10 years ago with a couple of dedicated cyclists crossing the country to raise money for cancer, Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation has raised over $30 million to support charities across Canada that collectively help children across this country fighting this devastating disease.

Covered Bridge Golf & Country Club has been asked by the organizers of this ride to be a selected rest stop for the cyclists. On Wednesday, September 17th at 5 p.m. they will be arriving at the golf club along with their support vehicles, a total of about 20 people in all.

The Golf Club will be providing showers and a meal for them and then they will be leaving departing around 6:30 p.m.

The public is invited to attend at 5:00 pm on Wednesday to greet the cyclists and their entourage as they arrive. It would be nice to make a lot of noise to cheer these people on and encourage them as they continue their fundraising for this very worth while cause.
